Check in is on kiosk only. Woman guarding the line was rude and impolite! Tried asking a question regarding my rsvp and told me to ask kiosk!?
Kiosk would not allow me to check in. Waited in another line to speak with a real person. While waiting in line same rude woman came up to us and told us we had to be 6 ft apart.
Saying this to my husband! Very nice woman worked with out to find out one rsvp was cancelled. We have no idea why.
She kindly worked with us to get our two rooms together and was very efficient. Once again rude woman came over and asked us to be six feet apart.

With the restrictions from Covid they did a really nice job as far as social distancing and hand sanitizing throughout the property.
I had an end of the hallway king room which gave me great views of the mountains and even a view of the Bellagio Fountains.
The room was sealed upon arrival and it was extremely clean. Although there was no housekeeping at the time, they left extra trash bags for you to put out your trash daily and they came around and picked it up.
You could also request additional towels and they would leave them sealed at your room door. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vegas.

Quick vacay out of shut down California! Rooms were clean and no signs of wear and tear. Each room had a cleaned and sealed sticker on the door prior to entering.

Our room was not sure if it was clean, theres a lot of hair in bed and the bathroom and the tub has a lot of private hair not even smell fresh, good thing i brought lysol spray and Clorox wipes, its sucks.
